I painted this 10x12x2 oil on canvas from my photos in the Chanticleer Gardens koi pond. Swimming in dark waters, the koi fish can be large and energetic as the lunge upwards back and forth over each other and almost out of the water. Specks of colored water are painted as light hits the water and their color pops from the purple/black pond color. Gallery wrapped painted sides ready to hang.
